ABOUT
Little Island Lake Resort is an ideal "Up North" getaway. Nestled in the Seven Lakes area of National City, Michigan, it's the perfect spot for an any-season reset. Whether you're looking for an outdoorsy adventure or a small gathering with friends and loved ones, we can accommodate overnight arrangements for up to 25 people. For a small fee, your furry four-legged family members can even tag along!
The resort was built in the 1950s and there are some nods to eras past, including our cedar shake cabins and vintage decor. But don’t worry, the beds are new and VERY comfortable. While we personally prefer the hum of a fan and a summer breeze through an open window, we do have powerful A/C units available to rent when the sticky summer heat starts to get to ya.
There's so much to enjoy here at Little Island Lake Resort. Scroll through the site, check out our reviews, then drop us a line. We can't wait to host your next Great Lakes State escape.

Voted one of the "must do" activities in our area, Lumberman’s Monument Visitor Center interprets the area’s colorful lumbering past.

Walk the pier, peruse the shops on Newman St., and grab a cone (or cocktail) while hanging out in this historic Great Lakes lakefront community.

GUEST REVIEWS
"Very cool resort. Clean cabins with everything you need for your stay. It’s on a gorgeous lake with a beautiful view, a great fire pit, and plenty of room for yard games. Close to atv/snowmobile trails. Great place to have a family reunion, girls weekend or a fishing weekend for the guys. The owners are great and accommodating."
